Throwing it back to a garden makeover we did back in March 2018. We have been getting an increasing amount of phone calls to transform newly built homes gardens. The majority of these gardens are just left in seed or the grass is only beginning to grow. These buyers want a garden that can be used straight away, and they have no time to maintain it. So, who do the ring……… our lovely office staff that’s who.
We always start off by asking a few questions about the area. Do you have any rough measurements of the area? What is the current surface? Is there side access? If they have any inspirational pictures of what they want the overall garden to look like. We then send out samples of all our different artificial grasses and an information pack with our FAQS.
After this if our potential client would like to proceed to the next stage we organise a complimentary site visit with our sales rep. He will arrive to your house and give a definite measurement and be ready to answer any sort of question you have regarding your artificial lawn.
Our sales rep then reports back to our office manager who does up an official quote. If you are happy with the quote and went to proceed to getting the work done, we then will give you our next available date that works best for you.
The majority of these new build houses and gardens will require a full installation and the majority of our customers do choose to go with our most popular grass as it looks very realistic and is extremely durable, perfect for busy family life.
