Artificial grass is a tough, durable yet smooth surface for activities such as pushing prowlers and sleds , bear crawls, short sprints, circuit training etc. Unlike rubber or concrete flooring, artificial grass allows these heavy weights to be pulled or pushed without scraping the floor or getting caught in the rubber.
This was an indoor gym in Limerick where we installed an artificial grass floor some months ago. White lines were used for meter markings. These pictures are courtesy of The Body Building gym – nice to see action pictures of the grass in use.
