This is the DESTINATION MOTIVATION gym in Limerick city which we recently installed artificial grass in.
It was laid on top of the existing wooden floor and instantly brightened up the area, bringing the outside in.
Artificial grass is an alternative surface for indoor gym flooring. It is a tough, durable yet smooth surface for activities such as pushing prowlers and sleds , bear crawls, short sprints, circuit training etc. Unlike rubber or concrete flooring, artificial grass allows these heavy weights to be pulled or pushed without scraping the floor or getting caught in the rubber.
