Barnardos Carlow
Having successfully installed in Barnardos Clonmel last year, we were challenged to make the Carlow’s facilities garden more child friendly and attractive. The brief was to, in a cost effective way, add some colour ( but not too mad! ) and to make it welcoming but with safety being the overriding priority.
